(2020) – The Barabbas Road Church has signed a long term lease to take over the former Bicycle Warehouse space in Kearny Mesa. The 8,810 square foot space, with rear signage exposure to the 163 freeway will be used for administrative office uses. The Tenant was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The Landlord, Vista Paint, was represented by Erik Egelko and Max Reynolds of Sperry Van Ness.
