Wellhaven Primary Care is the latest family medical practice to locate at Alvarado Medical Center. They will be providing general primary care medical services to a wide array of patients. The Tenant was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The Landlord was represented by Joe Zurek of Cushman and Wakefield. Johnson and Jennings constructed the tenant improvements.
