Three years we helped our client secure a long term 13,000 SF direct lease on the ground floor of the Metroplex Center in Miramar. We simultaneously negotiated a four-year 13,030 sublease on the space directly above the ground lease. At the time we were able to secure a lease option on the upstairs space for years in the future directly with the landlord when the sublease term expired. They have now exercised their option and have the stability of leasing directly from the Landlord on both spaces combining 26,030 SF for years to come. The 2027 rate was negotiated back in 2023.
