Our client needed their existing warehouse suite sublet but still wanted a creative modern workplace for their staff. We were able to recapture all of their warehouse lease obligation and secured them this creative work office centrally located in Kearny Mesa for less $ per foot at the recently remodeled Lomas Pacific project.
The Tenant, Automated Retail Technologies, was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The Landlord, Lomas Pacific was represented by Mike Novkov of Cushman and Wakefield.
