The Spice & Tea Exchange, a gourmet and experience-based retailer, has just inked new space at Westfield North County in Escondido.
This expansion will add to the approximate 125 existing locations of the franchise, and is the first in Southern California.
The suite, a former Teavana location, is situated in the center of Westfield North County. The Tenant was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The landlord, Westfield, was represented in house by Koy Nichols.
