Stadium Seating Enterprises, a designer of foam stadium seating installations, has leased 2,597 square feet of Class A office space at Sky Park Office Plaza.
The space will be used for general office and design work. DCT Construction will be performing the Tenant Improvement work.
The Tenant, Stadium Seating Enterprises, was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The Landlord, Equity Office Properties, was represented by Nick Bonner of CB Richard Ellis.
