PILATES STUDIO PURCHASES BUILDING IN ENCINITAS
We recently represented Spring Theory Pilates in their purchase of a ground floor single story end cap office condominium with visibility to Encinitas Blvd. The unit is located at the Encinitas Business Park. Along the way they diligently worked through the Conditional Use Permit process required by the City of Encinitas. They were granted the permit just before close of escrow. We believe they are now they only Pilates Studio in Encinitas that owns their own property. The single story unit features 14′ ceiling height and a strategic front corner location in the building.
TRANSACTION DETAILS
The 1,482 square foot single story unit is located on the end cap at 543 Encinitas Blvd, #100 Encinitas California. Sales price was $958,000. John Hoffman of Kidder Mathews represented the Seller, Sunshine Strategy LLC. The Buyer, Spring Theory Pilates was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. Wells Fargo handled the SBA financing.
NORTH COAST BUSINESS PARK
North Coast Business Park is strategically located just east of the 5 freeway along Encinitas Blvd. The project built between 1982 and 1984 offers a wide variety of Tenants and services from charter schools to aerospace to home design and remodeling firms and even a swim school. It was recently awarded a change of use from the City of Encinitas to include additional medical office space. Given the lack of developable land in Encinitas this project should remain in high demand for years to come.

Spring Theory Pilates has grown from a neighborhood studio to a Pilates studio that serves North County San Diego with expertly taught Pilates in an intimate Semi-Private setting. They are currently located n Rancho Santa Fe Plaza at the intersection of Encinitas Blvd and Rancho Santa Fe Rd.
