Clean Air Power, a manufacturer of low emission transportation fuel delivery systems has relocated their Poway operation.
The company, which recently underwent corporate transitioning, has moved to 3,495 SF of industrial space at 12170 Tech Center Drive in Poway, California. The new facility will be utilized for design and production of their clean air products.
The Tenant, Clean Air Power, was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial. The Landlord, Ryan Stevens, was represented by Ryan Downing of Cushman and Wakefield.
